As part of the ESA lawsuit filed by Fish Northwest, the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) was ordered by federal judge Thomas Zilly to produce all administrative records related to the claims made by FNW. This collection of documents has been received and currently is under review as the case moves forward.
