What makes us different and why should we expect to succeed?

This is an excellent article covering FNW’s recent filing of a motion to intervene. However, it’s come to my attention that some who read it came away with the impression that our hopes have been dashed, that we have been swatted away like an annoying fly. So to answer the question, what makes us different and why should we expect to succeed? I’ll make it plain for you:

WE ARE NOT ASKING TO JOIN THE BOLDT CASE IN ORDER TO BECOME SALMON MANAGERS.

WE ARE ASKING THE FEDS, THE STATE, AND THE TRIBES TO FOLLOW THE RULING WHICH CURRENTLY GOVERNS THEM.

PERIOD!
